What you'll do
- Create motion graphics and visual assets for product marketing, social media, and brand campaigns.
- Design high-quality animations, transitions, and visual effects for short-form and long-form content.
- Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, video editors, founders, and growth teams.
- Transform product features and concepts into visually engaging motion pieces.
- Experiment with GenAI workflows to create innovative visual content faster and at higher quality.
- Optimize creative assets for engagement across YouTube, Instagram, X and other social platforms.
What they're looking for
- Strong experience with image and video GenAI tools.
- Advanced skills in After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar motion design software.
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, animation principles, and visual storytelling.
- Proven ability to deliver creative content end-to-end.
- Sharp sense of visual and marketing culture, able to pitch ideas that hook.
- Understanding of social media formats, trends, and audience engagement.
- Competitive salary in USD.
- On-site role in our Almaty office (we will relocate you from anywhere).
