Vertical Drama Jobs is run by Digital Services Industries LLC. This page explains what we collect, why, and how to have it deleted.
What we collect
- Account: your email address, used to send sign-in links and the job alerts you choose. We don't use passwords.
- Google or LinkedIn sign-in: if you choose it, we receive your name, your verified email and an account ID from Google or LinkedIn. We don't store their access tokens, read your contacts or post anything on your behalf.
- Pro: your plan and paid-through date. Card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store them. When you agree to the Terms of Service at checkout we record the terms version, the time, your IP address and browser type, as proof of your agreement if a payment is ever disputed.
- Job posts: the company details, job details and contact email an employer enters. The contact email is never shown publicly.
- Usage: a daily count of apply clicks per job, and short-lived rate-limit counters to stop scraping and abuse.
- Talent directory: the details and photos you submit on the Join form. A person reviews every sign-up before it's added. Your email, phone, agent details and social links are kept private and never shown on your profile; studios contact you through the site.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare hosts the site and database.
- Stripe handles payments.
- Resend sends email.
- Google and LinkedIn confirm your identity when you sign in with them.
We don't sell personal data and we don't run advertising trackers. The site sets one cookie when you sign in, to keep you signed in.
Your choices
- Turn job alerts off from any alert email or your account page.
- Delete your account from your account page. That removes your account, alerts and history. Stripe keeps payment records it is required to keep by law.
