Terms of Service
Vertical Drama Jobs (verticaldramajobs.com) is run by Digital Services Industries LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account, buying Pro, posting a job or joining the directory, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Pro subscription: the 10 key terms
You tick a box agreeing to these before you pay. They're explained in more detail below.
- Pro renews automatically every week or month (the plan you pick) at the price shown, until you cancel.
- Cancel anytime from your account page. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and Pro stays on until the end of the period you already paid for.
- All payments are final. No refunds or credits, including for unused time, partial periods, or cancelling right after you pay, except where the law requires one.
- Pro starts the moment you pay. You ask for that immediate access, and you agree it ends any right to cancel for a refund once access has started.
- One account, one person. Don't share your sign-in, and don't pass on Pro-only details (company names, apply links) before they're public.
- No scraping. No bots, scrapers, scripts or bulk copying of jobs, companies or the directory, by machine or by hand, and no using them to build another list, job board or AI dataset.
- We watch for misuse. If we find scraping, account sharing or other abuse, we can close your account straight away with no refund, and take further action.
- If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of contacting us, we can pause your account while it's open, and we'll give the bank our record of your agreement and your use of Pro.
- We can change prices for future periods. We'll tell you before you're charged a new price, and you can cancel before it applies.
- Jobs come from studios. We check them, but we can't promise a job, an interview, or that every listing is accurate or still open.
1. Accounts
- You must be 18 or older to create an account, buy Pro or join the directory.
- Give a real email address you control. You're responsible for everything done through your account.
- One person per account. Accounts can't be shared, sold or transferred.
2. Pro billing, renewal and cancelling
- Plans. Pro is billed weekly or monthly at the price shown when you check out. Every plan includes the same Pro features.
- Automatic renewal. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each period and your card is charged the same price, until you cancel. Stripe processes all payments; we never see your full card number.
- Cancel anytime. Cancel from your account page in a few clicks, at any time, with no phone call or email needed. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Pro stays on until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account returns to free.
- No refunds. Pro gives you immediate access to time-sensitive information the moment you pay. All payments are final. We don't give refunds or credits for unused time, partial periods, unused features, or cancelling soon after paying, except where a law that applies to you says we must.
- Immediate access. When you pay, you ask us to start Pro straight away. If you live somewhere that gives a right to cancel online purchases within a set number of days (for example the 14-day right in the UK and EU), you agree that this right ends once Pro access has started.
- Price changes. We may change Pro prices for future periods. We'll tell you by email before you're charged a new price, and you can cancel before it applies. A change never affects a period you've already paid for.
- Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, Pro may pause until it's paid.
- Features. Pro gives you new jobs we list 30 days before free members, the studio name and apply link for those jobs, and job alert emails. We may improve or change features over time, and we'll keep the core of what you paid for during your current period.
3. Fair use and no scraping
The jobs, studio details, directory profiles and everything else on the site are our compiled work and are for your personal job search only. You agree not to:
- use bots, scrapers, crawlers, scripts, browser extensions or any automated tool to access, copy or collect anything from the site;
- bulk copy, download, screenshot or save listings, studio details or directory profiles, whether by machine or by hand;
- republish, resell or share Pro-only details (such as studio names and apply links) before they become public on the site;
- use anything from the site to build or feed another job board, database, mailing list or AI training dataset;
- share your sign-in, or let anyone else use your Pro access;
- get around rate limits, paywalls or other protections, or try to break into the site.
We monitor how the site is used to protect members and studios. If we believe you've broken these rules, we can suspend or close your account immediately without a refund, block access, and take legal action to recover our losses. These rules also apply to free accounts and visitors.
4. Payment disputes and chargebacks
If something's wrong with a charge, email us first at team@verticaldramajobs.com. We'll look into it quickly. If you dispute a charge with your bank or card company instead, we may pause your account while the dispute is open. We'll respond to the dispute with our records, including your agreement to these terms (date, time and IP address), your account details and your use of Pro. Disputing a charge for Pro you received and used, in order to get money back, breaks these terms, and we may close your account.
5. Jobs on the site
- Many jobs are found on studios' own careers pages. Others are posted directly by employers. We check listings, but we don't employ anyone through the site and we can't promise that a job is accurate, still open, or that you'll get an interview or be hired.
- Apply through the studio's own process. Never pay anyone to apply for a job. Tell us if a listing asks you for money.
6. Job posts by employers
- Job posts are paid in advance and reviewed by a person before going live. A post we decline to publish is refunded.
- Posts must be real, current roles with accurate pay and details. No charging applicants, no misleading or discriminatory posts. We can edit, decline or remove posts that break these rules; a post removed for breaking them isn't refunded.
7. The talent directory
- Joining is free. Every sign-up is reviewed by a person before it's added, and we can decline any sign-up.
- Your answers must be accurate and about you (or your business). Only upload photos you own or have permission to use, and you give us permission to show them in the directory.
- Your email, phone, agent details and social links are never shown on your profile. You can ask us to change, hide or delete your listing at any time.
8. Our content
The site's design, text, guides, compiled listings and directory are owned by us or our licensors. Studio names and logos belong to their owners and are shown to identify their jobs.
9. No warranty and limits on liability
The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost opportunities or lost earnings. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that can't be limited.
10. Ending your account
You can delete your account from your account page at any time (cancel any active Pro first). We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Sections 3, 4, 8 and 9 continue to apply after an account ends.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll update the date above and tell Pro members by email before it applies to their next renewal. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
