Senior Product Analyst

About the role

Analyze user data to provide insights on content consumption patterns, feature usage, and user engagement.

What you'll do

• Define, track, and report on key product metrics (e.g., DAU, MAU, retention, churn, conversion).
• Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to inform product decisions and evaluate feature performance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for product optimization and enhanced user experiences.
• Build dashboards and reports using BI tools to support data visibility across teams.
• Translate complex data into clear and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Assist in market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.
• Monitor industry trends and audience behavior to anticipate shifts and guide product development.

What they're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4, 8 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role in a tech or entertainment environment.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, Excel).
• Experience with BI tools like Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Passion for entertainment, media, or digital content platforms.

Nice to have

• Experience working with digital entertainment products such as streaming platforms, games, or event-based services.
• Familiarity with user behavior analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics.
• Knowledge of agile product development cycles and collaboration tools like JIRA and Confluence.
