Assistant Manager - Social Media

About the role

As an Assistant Manager, Social Media at Eloelo Group, you will own the day-to-day social media presence and contribute to the overall social strategy across our products and brands.

• We are looking for someone who understands internet culture, trends, short-form content, creators and what makes audiences stop scrolling.
• Own social media strategy and execution across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X, LinkedIn and other platforms for Eloelo Group's products
• Plan monthly content calendars aligned with launches, campaigns and business priorities
• Create and curate social-first content, reels, shorts, memes, carousels, stories and copy
• Spot trends early and turn them into timely, relevant content
• Build brand narratives around our products, creators and communities
• Drive community growth by actively engaging with comments, DMs and conversations

What they're looking for

• 3, 5 years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing or a similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience managing social media platforms, especially Instagram and YouTube.
• Strong understanding of short-form video, reels, memes, creator ecosystems and internet culture.
• Excellent content sense with the ability to identify what is likely to trend, engage and get shared.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Ability to independently take an idea from concept → content → publishing → performance analysis.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
