About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Content Operations Executive to support the operations team in managing day-to-day workflows in the Trust & Safety domain.

What you'll do
- Manage day-to-day operational activities, including CMS video uploads and Content QC.
- Review, validate, and ensure accuracy of content before it goes live on the app (QC).
- Coordinate with internal teams, creators, and partners to resolve operational queries and ensure timely execution.
- Track, compile, and prepare operational and performance reports for internal stakeholders and external agencies.
- Monitor content status, identify issues or gaps, and proactively flag risks impacting timelines or quality.
- Assist in improving operational workflows, documentation, and process efficiency.
- Support the Operations team/Creative producers with ad-hoc operational tasks as needed.
- Hands-on exposure to end-to-end operational execution, including CMS management, content validation, and app go-live processes.
What they're looking for
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good analytical and organisational skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets for data preparation and reporting.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Prior experience in operations and video is a plus.
