What you'll do
- Engage with Tamil hosts on Connecto to build relationships and increase user retention.
- Monitor community discussions and respond to queries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in creating and implementing community engagement strategies to increase user participation.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop language content that resonates with the community.
- Analyse user feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for community improvement.
- Help organise and promote virtual and in-person community events to foster connections among users.
- Support the team in various administrative tasks related to community management and communication.
