What you'll do

• The CEO spends less time managing logistics and more time on high-impact decisions
• Company projects move forward without constant oversight or repeated reminders
• Leaders, admins, and stakeholders receive clear, professional communication and follow-through
• Ideas from the CEO quickly turn into structured plans, owners, deadlines, and next steps
• The CEO’s priorities stay organized and protected despite competing demands
• Projects are taken off the CEO’s plate and delivered quickly, completely, and comprehensively

What they're looking for

• 10+ years in a support role such as Executive Assistant to CEO level executive with at least 200+ employees
• Proven ability to take vague or broad requests and drive them to completion
• Strong judgment, minimal-direction execution, and a bias toward action and follow-through
• Exceptional written communication skills and the ability to draft clear, concise materials
• Ability to research topics quickly and synthesize information into useful insights
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple moving priorities without dropping details
• Professional maturity, low ego, and the ability to work respectfully with admins, leaders, vendors, and stakeholders
• Comfort working directly with senior leadership in a fast-moving environment
