• Be a Strategic Hiring Partner : Work closely with hiring managers to plan talent needs and create agile hiring strategies that scale with business goals.
• Build & Nurture Talent Pipelines : Source smartly, engage consistently, and hire efficiently. You’ll manage talent pipelines and ensure we’re always ahead of our hiring targets.
• Deliver Seamless Candidate Experiences : Take charge of the full recruitment lifecycle screening, coordinating interviews, rolling out offers, and onboarding, ensuring a positive and professional candidate journey...
• Bring the Startup Mindset : In a rapidly evolving setup like ours, flexibility and hustle matter. You’ll wear multiple hats, solve problems on the go, and bring energy to everything you do.

What they're looking for

• 4, 6 years of experience in recruitment (startup experience is a strong plus)
• Proven track record of hiring across roles, especially in fast-paced environments
• A sense of ownership and bias for action - you're a self-starter who loves to close positions, not just manage them
• Up-to-date knowledge of sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and hiring trends
• Passion for people and a genuine interest in helping talent grow
